How We Work

Coordinated care, not fragmented care.

Most multi-specialty problems get handled by separate practices that don’t talk to each other. At OneTreeHealth, our specialists consult together — so your treatment plan is one plan, not four conflicting ones.

1

One Point of Entry

One call, one intake form, one initial visit — even if your condition needs multiple specialists down the road.

2

Multi-Specialty Review

For complex cases, our specialists consult together. You don’t bounce between separate practices retelling your story.

3

Unified Treatment Plan

Diagnosis, procedures, surgery, pain management — coordinated as one plan with one timeline and one set of records.

4

Through to Recovery

Your care doesn’t end at the procedure. The same team that started your care follows through to full recovery.

Common Questions

About our services.

Which specialty should I see for my condition?

If you’re unsure, just call us. Our intake team will listen to what you’re experiencing and help direct you to the right specialist. In many cases, we may recommend an initial evaluation with one provider who can then refer you internally to another specialist if needed — without making you start over.

What’s the difference between Neurology and Neurosurgery?

Neurology focuses on diagnosing and treating disorders of the nervous system non-surgically — using medications, lifestyle changes, and procedures like nerve blocks or injections. Neurosurgery involves surgical intervention for conditions like brain tumors, herniated discs, or trauma. Many patients see both: a neurologist for diagnosis and ongoing care, a neurosurgeon if surgery becomes necessary.

Do I need a referral to be seen?

No referral is needed — you can contact us directly to schedule with any of our specialists. If you’re using insurance, we recommend checking with them to confirm that a referral isn’t required by your specific plan and that OneTreeHealth is in-network.

Can I see multiple specialists in one visit?

For complex cases, yes — this is one of the advantages of our multi-specialty model. We can often coordinate same-day consultations with multiple specialists, which reduces travel, paperwork, and the time between diagnosis and treatment.
