Booking Questions

Before you book.

Why can’t I book online right now?

We’re rebuilding our scheduling system to make it faster and easier to use, so the online booking tool is temporarily off. Nothing else has changed — call (615) 696-9900 during office hours and our intake team will book you on the spot.

Do I really need an appointment, or can I just walk in?

You don’t need one — we take walk-ins daily. But calling ahead means we have your information ready, the right specialist is available, and you’ll have a much shorter wait. We strongly recommend calling first when it’s not an emergency.

How soon can I be seen?

For most patients, within the same week. For urgent cases (acute injuries, severe pain), we strive to see you within 24–48 hours. Give us a call and we’ll find a time that works.

Do I need a referral from my primary care doctor?

Not from us — you can book directly. But if you’re using insurance, check with your insurer to see if your plan requires a referral and whether OneTreeHealth is in-network. Our team can help confirm this on the phone.

What if I don’t have insurance?

We have a straightforward cash-pay program for uninsured patients. If you’ve been in an accident, we also accept patients on a medical lien — meaning we work with your attorney to defer billing until your case is resolved. Just mention it when you call.

Will I see the same provider every visit?

For most visits, yes. For complex cases that span multiple specialties, you may see different providers on our team — but they coordinate together, so your care plan stays unified across the team.
