YOUR APPOINTMENT
To make your first appointment as smooth and productive as possible, please bring the following items with you. Some won’t apply — just bring what you have.
“If you’ve been in an accident and don’t have insurance, bring your attorney’s contact information instead. We’ll work with them on a medical lien.”
Our board-certified providers bring decades of combined experience — and a patient-first approach that defines every visit.

You don’t need one — we take walk-ins daily. But booking ahead means we have your information ready, the right specialist is available, and you’ll have a much shorter wait. We strongly recommend booking when it’s not an emergency.
For most patients, within the same week. For urgent cases (acute injuries, severe pain), we strive to see you within 24–48 hours. Once you submit your request, our team will call you to find a time that works.
Not from us — you can book directly. But if you’re using insurance, check with your insurer to see if your plan requires a referral and whether OneTreeHealth is in-network. Our team can help confirm this when we call you back.
We have a straightforward cash-pay program for uninsured patients. If you’ve been in an accident, we also accept patients on a medical lien — meaning we work with your attorney to defer billing until your case is resolved. Just let us know on the form.
For most visits, yes. For complex cases that span multiple specialties, you may see different providers on our team — but they coordinate together, so your care plan stays unified across the team.
