Is this really free?

Yes. The conversation with our team is free, and there’s no obligation. We’re not selling you anything on the call. If you decide you’d like to be connected with a law firm, that’s also at no cost to you — you would only ever pay a lawyer if you choose to hire one and the fee terms work for you.

Will I have to hire a lawyer?

No. Many people we talk to never end up working with an attorney — they just want to understand whether they have options. We’re here to help you think it through. If you do want to talk to a lawyer, we can either send you a list of firms we work with so you can reach out on your own, or — only with your permission — share your information with them.

What happens to my information?

Your information stays with OneTreeHealth and is treated like any other patient information we receive. It is shared with a law firm only if you explicitly check the box authorizing us to do so. You can also ask us to delete your submission at any time.

What if I already have a doctor or lawyer?

If you already have an attorney for this accident, please continue working with them — they’re your best first call. If you have a doctor but want help thinking through the medical or legal side, we’re still happy to talk.
