You need to be an existing OneTreeHealth patient first. After your initial visit, we’ll send you a registration link by email. If you’ve been a patient but haven’t received an invitation, call our office at (615) 696-9900 and we’ll send one over.
On the login page, click the “Forgot password” link below the password field. You’ll receive an email with a secure reset link. If you don’t receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or give us a call.
Yes. The portal works on any modern smartphone, tablet, or computer browser. You don’t need to download a separate app — just visit the login link from any device.
Only you and your OneTreeHealth care team can see your records. We never share your information with anyone outside the clinic without your explicit written consent. The portal also lets you grant access to a family caregiver if you choose.
Our care team aims to respond to portal messages within one business day. For anything urgent, please call our office at (615) 696-9900 during business hours, or seek emergency care if it’s a medical emergency.
