Office hours & what to expect.

Our care coordinators answer the phones Monday through Friday during business hours. If you reach our voicemail, please leave your name, callback number, and the reason for your call — we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

If you call outside business hours, voicemail is the way. We don’t monitor texts to the office line.

For medical emergencies, call 911 or go directly to your nearest emergency room. We are an outpatient clinic and not equipped to handle emergencies.

What if I have a medical emergency?

Call 911 or go directly to your nearest emergency room. We are an outpatient specialty clinic and do not handle medical emergencies. If your situation is urgent but not life-threatening, please call us at (615) 696-9900 during business hours so we can guide you.

When’s the best time to call?

We’re typically less busy in the late morning (around 10:00 AM–11:30 AM) and mid-afternoon (1:30 PM–3:30 PM). Mondays and Friday afternoons tend to be the busiest. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a message with your name, callback number, and the reason for your call.

Can I book an appointment online?

Yes — you can request an appointment online at our booking page. For complex scheduling or specific provider requests, calling us directly at (615) 696-9900 is usually faster.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We see patients by appointment so we can give each person the time they deserve. If you need to be seen soon, please call us — we’ll do our best to fit you in based on availability.

How do I request medical records or prescription refills?

Call our office at (615) 696-9900 and we’ll guide you through the process. For prescription refills, contacting your pharmacy first is often the fastest path — they can send the refill request directly to us.

What languages do you speak?

Our front-office team primarily speaks English. If you need an interpreter for an appointment, please let us know when you call so we can make arrangements ahead of your visit.
